Delivery & Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping in India.

We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. At Petalo Global (Seams Pret & Couture) we understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. Know this – we work around the clock to try and get you your products in the shortest timeframe possible. You will receive your order within 7 to 10 days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Duration

• Depending on the products in your cart, your shipment may be split into two packages and shipping dates may vary. For the final shipping date of your order, please refer to the shipping details section on your cart page.
• Though we use the best logistics partners, however, during festivals, National Holidays, etc. the delivery of your shipment might get further delayed. For outlier locations in case your address is not serviceable by our partners, we will contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your package reach you. We do not provide refunds on any order.
• All our products are shipped out between 15-21 days depending on the products. In situations beyond Seam’s control, there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, Seams will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.

Shipping Outside India

• We offer International Shipping. Additional shipping charges are applicable for International shipments with order value below INR 50,000.
• Once your order is placed it will reach you within 10 -14 working days from the dispatch date.
• Any customs charges, brokerage fees or any taxes applicable by the destination country will be borne by the customer and we will not be responsible for it.
