Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for shopping at Petalo Global (Seams Pret & Couture) . We strive to provide the best quality, fit and service to our customers. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Refunds
- We offer refunds for eligible items within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team via email at seamsretail@petaloglobal.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the process.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Please note that payment gateway fees are non-refundable. Payment Gateway fees of 2% on the total order value will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation
- We Offer Cancellation within 48 hours after placing the order. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at seamsretail@petaloglobal.com and initiate the refund.
- Please note that payment gateway fees are non-refundable. Payment Gateway fees of 2% on the order value will be deducted from your refund.
- Please note, that cancellations won’t be considered after 48 hours from the time of placing an order.
Alteration
- We offer alteration services within 15 days post delivery.
- Additional charges will be applicable ranging from INR 500 - INR 2000. Please contact us via email at seamsretail@petaloglobal.com with contact and order details, for alterations.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Customized items
- Sale items
